Double-row Blade Gas Distributor can be used in towers with a diameter of up to 10m. The material enters the tower radially, and there are two columns of guided arc blades on both sides of the inlet, which are closed at the top and bottom. The air flow is separated from the left and right sides of the two columns of blades, rushes to the tower wall and turns upward, so the air velocity is high at the two side walls, and the air flow in the middle part is downward, and vortices are generated. It is characterized by first distributing the radial gas along the horizontal direction, and then using the action of the tower wall to fold the horizontally separated gas and flow upward, with the advantages of uniform gas distribution, lower pressure and less entraining of fog and foam.
