Plastic Structured Packing

Plastic structured packing is arranged according to uniform geometric patterns in the tower, neatly stacked packing, plastic structured packing is the development of structured packing, the development of metal structured packing.
The surface of the packing is pressed with a special small grain, the shape of the corrugated plate is an improved corrugated, and the plastic structured packing is opened on the packing sheet to improve the mass transfer efficiency. Suitable for processes with large liquid loads and high operating pressures. The performance is comparable to that of corrugated metal orifice packing of the same size.
Plastic structured packing has the characteristics of thin wall, light weight, large void, corrosion resistance, light weight, large flux, long life, low pressure, easy to fill, easy to replace, high specific surface area, small packing density, strong resistance to hydrochloric acid and alkali, large operating elasticity, and not obvious amplification effect, and can be applied to corrosive substances such as strong acids.
There are many kinds of materials for plastic structured packing, such as PE, PP, RPP, PVC, CPVC, and PVDF.
